50 ml Moletto Gin
15 ml vermouth dry
15 ml lemon juice
15 ml pomegranate syrup
1/3 egg white
ice
Dry shake everything first to emulsify the egg white with the other ingredients, then shake thoroughly with ice. Pour into a coupè glass and serve.
