4 basil leaves to crush in the shaker
10 mL (0.4 fl oz) homemade lemongrass syrup
22,5 mL (0.8 fl oz) lemon juice
2 drops of Worcestershire sauce
4 drops of Bitter Umami
2 drops saline solution
spicy chili pepper to taste
Technique: Shake & Fine Strain
Garnish: basil and piece of parmesan cheese
